By accessing or using ARIA ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

ARIA is an AI-powered personal assistant application that provides conversational AI, memory management, task organization, and integrations with third-party services including Google Calendar and Google Drive.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

ARIA integrates with Google services. By connecting your Google account, you authorize ARIA to access the specific Google services you enable (e.g., Google Calendar, Google Drive).

• You can disconnect Google services at any time from your account settings.
• We will only request the minimum permissions necessary to provide the requested features.
• Your use of Google services through ARIA is also subject to Google's Terms of Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Collect data about other users without their consent

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ARIA and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content you create remains yours; you grant us a license to store and process it to provide the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies; always verify important information independently.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
